About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building & growing your connections as well as our partner's connections on LinkedIn
2. Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build relationships with founder and CEOs on behalf of our partner
3. Scheduling calls & interviews with interested founders & CEOs (an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDzoNmTayhI)
4. Conducting the interview along with fellow team members
5. Publishing a blog & video on the same (example: https://bebetaconsultancy.com/anu-acharya-with-be-beta-consultancy-on-impact-entrepreneur/)
6. Assisting the directors of our partner company in their operational activities
7. Reporting the work done to the executive team

Note: The intern can work from home due to the COVID situation. Training will be given in the first week of onboarding on how to drive sales and how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of acquired project).
