About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visiting colleges and corporate offices to generate leads and foster relationships
2. Planning and organizing daily schedules to call on existing and potential sales prospects
3. Gaining a thorough understanding of company services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
4. Meeting sales targets and objectives within specified timelines
5. Coordinating sales activities with team members and other departments
6. Assessing market potential, tracking sales performance, and compiling sales reports
7. Providing management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competition, and opportunities for new services
8. Staying updated on HR recruitment and training trends and best practices
9. Embracing continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Demonstrated sales experience in HR recruitment and/or training services is preferred

2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

3. Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices

4. Strong motivation and proven ability to achieve sales targets

5. Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and communication

6. Effective prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities

7. Capability to create and deliver tailored presentations

8. Strong relationship-building skills and openness to feedback

9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
