About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and target potential veterinary clinics that can benefit from Koko's SaaS platform. Utilize various channels (email, phone, social media) to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations, effectively communicating the value of Koko's solutions. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each clinic.
3. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with veterinary professionals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to help clinics achieve their goals through our platform.
4. Sales strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Koko's business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
5. Negotiation & closing: Skillfully navigate negotiations to secure contracts and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both Koko and our clients.
6. Post-sales support: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Maintain communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
7. Reporting & analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Other requirements

1. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

2. Candidates who are willing to travel to veterinary clinics in the city to give demos.

3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
