About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
If a higher ticket sale happens - higher incentive will be given.
1. Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
2. Obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
3. Focus sales efforts on studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
4. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
5. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
6. Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 30th Nov'23 and 4th Jan'24

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Chandigarh, Delhi, Bangalore, Mohali, Mumbai, Panchkula and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).

Note:
1. Internship can be extended based on performance to 6 months or more.
2. The certificate is available for the candidates completing the internship term properly.
3. Additional incentives can be given on big-ticket sales getting materialized and receipt of payments.
