About the internship
We are looking for a dynamic sales & business development intern to drive revenue growth, onboard childcare providers, and expand corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, and client relationship management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify, reach out to, and onboard preschools, daycare centers, and early learning institutions onto the Kiddenz platform.
2. Pitch & demo the value proposition of Kiddenz to childcare providers through calls, meetings, and webinars.
3. Negotiate subscription plans, upsell premium services, and close deals with decision-makers.
4. Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, HR teams, and employee benefits providers to drive childcare service adoption.
5. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the education, HR, and parenting sectors.
6. Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion strategies.
7. Execute cold outreach, referrals, and inbound lead conversion strategies to meet sales targets.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns for lead generation and engagement.
9. Maintain a high lead-to-customer conversion rate by personalizing pitches and addressing client concerns effectively.
10. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them through the Kiddenz dashboard and platform features.
11. Conduct periodic follow-ups, performance reviews, and client feedback sessions to drive engagement and renewals.
12. Work closely with the product team to relay client insights and optimize features based on market needs.

Other requirements
1. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in sales.
2. 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B services.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Prior experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and revenue-driven sales.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
6. Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation, and data-driven sales strategies.
