About the internship

Lead Management:
Assist in identifying potential leads through research and market analysis.
Maintain and update the leads' database.
Follow up on incoming leads via calls, emails, or messages.
Client Outreach:
Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Schedule and participate in client meetings or calls to present products/services.
Assist in preparing personalized pitches and proposals for clients.
Sales and Lead Conversion:
Support the team in handling sales inquiries and converting leads into clients.
Address customer objections and provide solutions to close deals.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly or weekly lead closure targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to improve business strategies.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services.
Assist in explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
Reporting and Documentation:
Track and document lead status, sales activities, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Collaboration with Teams:
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
Work with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Help build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Address client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Event and Campaign Support:
Support in organizing and participating in events or webinars to attract new leads.
Help in running promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
