About the internship
As a business development (sales) intern at 1accord, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, sales, and business development. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written forms to communicate effectively with clients and team members. You will also be responsible for assisting with email marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and LinkedIn marketing efforts. Your skills in content writing will be put to use in creating engaging and compelling marketing materials. Additionally, you will be involved in market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities. Your role will also entail assisting with social media marketing campaigns and implementing marketing programs to drive growth and success for the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English
2. Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital marketing strategies
3. Generate leads and engage in LinkedIn marketing efforts
4. Create engaging content for marketing materials
5. Conduct market analysis and research to identify business opportunities

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per lead conversion).
