Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media
2. Provide expert advice and information on our diamond and jewelry products, guiding customers through the selection process
3. Actively pursue sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
4. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into satisfied customers
5. Work on staying informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our diamond and jewelry collections
7. Effectively communicate the unique features, quality, and craftsmanship of our products to potential customers
8. Manage and update product listings on our online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other online channels
10. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
11. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries
12. Facilitate the order process from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
