About the internship
Are you a dynamic, English-speaking individual with a passion for social media marketing and business development? Join IIDME as a Business Development (Sales) intern and take your skills to the next level!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
2. Identify and engage potential students through various channels (online, events, webinars, etc.).
3. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
4. Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales funnel, from initial contact to enrollment.
5. Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and industry associations.
6. Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to increase brand awareness and drive enrollments.
7. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual benefits.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
9. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and program offerings.
10. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
11. Provide support in the development of sales reports, market feedback, and analysis for management.
12. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and partners in the CRM system.
13. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
14. Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve the sales process and program offerings.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (a master s degree is preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or digital marketing sector.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of per student enrollment).
