Selected interns will be expected to assist in Artist Management and Business Development. Intern will be involved in the entire 'pitch to gig' sales cycle for the band and their primary responsibilities will include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
- Generating leads and interacting with prospects.
- Drawing a list of music festivals and other events where the band can be positioned.
- Being the first point of contact for new clients and existing clients, pushing the band's content to improve visibility and securing repeat orders.
- Being the custodian of band resources by ensuring crucial documents like information about band members, technical rider and pictures are always updated.
- Assisting in logistics relating to band transportation and stage and venue management.
- Ensuring all band related communication like profile, pictures and event bytes are stored systematically and shared as required.
- Working in close coordination with the band's social media team to create content pre, during and post gig and other times.

3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Kailasa is an Indian fusion band, founded by Mr. Kailash Kher. The name of the band is taken from an accented pronunciation of Kailash's own name as well as Mount Kailash, the abode of Hindu God Shiva. Along with guitars, drums and keyboards, the band incorporates classical Indian instruments and sometimes traditional lyrics into their songs to infuse folk and a Sufi hue.
