About the internship

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for our agency. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry and be able to use this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth for the agency.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and cold calling
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads
3. Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with the agency's business objectives
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
6. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
7. Negotiate and close deals with clients
8. Monitor industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for the agency
9. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, pipeline, and activities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
2. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the digital marketing industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
9. Willingness to travel as needed
