1. Assisting the company to meet monthly targets of sales & revenues, from outright/lease/any other project vertical assigned to you from time to time
2. Meeting potential buyers, sales closures & enhancing value from them from time to time
3. Interacting with builders for project tie-ups & individual sellers from time to time
4. Engaging & managing channel partner relations
5. Making domestic & international travel for business purposes, sales expo, etc
6. Working on the customer service to our HNI clients
7. Marketing & generating lead management as required
8. Working on corporate tie-ups & alliances management as may be assigned
9. Assisting management with various marketing activities to generate sales
10. Working on project management & international sales
11. Assisting with research related to present & upcoming projects for the company
