Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Field sales & outreach: Travel to local tea stalls and vendors to introduce them to Teawale Tea, focusing on building rapport and understanding their needs
2. Product sampling: Provide vendors with samples of Teawale Tea for them to taste and evaluate, emphasizing the unique flavors and high-quality
3. Pitching & conversions: Use the feedback from tea tastings to make a compelling sales pitch and convince tea stall owners to carry Teawale products
4. Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with tea stall owners, offering support, answering questions, and guiding them through the onboarding process
5. Lead generation: Actively seek new tea stalls to introduce Teawale to, expanding our vendor network in your assigned region
6. Sales follow-up: Follow up with vendors who have received samples, gather their feedback, and work towards closing the sale
7. Reporting & tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and outcomes and report regularly on your progress and sales activities
8. Market feedback: Gather insights from vendors on customer preferences and any suggestions to improve our products or approach
