Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meeting registered Channel Partners (SME corporates) at their offices and establishing relationship, giving details of the upcoming project
2. Providing your Channel Partners all marketing material of our project and helping them plan marketing activities and sales strategy to grow their business
3. Acting as the single point of contact for Channel Partners, who will approach you to solve any queries
4. Identifying leads, seeking business opportunities, and developing strong client relationships towards effective sales
5. Increasing sales by getting more prospect customers of your Channel partner to visit the project
6. Interacting with clients of your Channel Partner on call for scheduling their appointment for the site visit
7. Handling clients who visit luxurious real-estate projects, conducting an analysis, and explaining them all the details of the project
8. Following up with the visited clients to help them in finalizing and closing deal
9. Networking effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics, and potential business opportunities
10. Liaising with various departments to get deeper product knowledge
