Business Development (Sales) Internship

ssist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Knowledge of HR tools like Zoho People, BambooHR, or Workday.
Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
