Cold Calling: Make proactive calls to the students
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by escalating the customer queries to the manager
Events: Attend events and college festivals, managing entire event setup, and logistics.

Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students and event attendees.
