About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Qualifying the potential leads and segregating as per their requirement
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and forward it to our sales team
4. Entering and updating customer information including names and addresses in the database
5. Answering telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
6. Contacting customers to follow up on initial interaction
7. Keeping records of calls
