About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead generation: Conduct thorough research to identify promising publishers and platforms where Adjump's SDK integration can seamlessly enhance their offerings and revenue streams.
2. Database management: Develop and meticulously maintain a comprehensive database of leads, including contact information, potential integration opportunities, and detailed communication history, to effectively nurture leads.
3. Communication & outreach: Master the art of cold emailing to effectively engage with prospective partners and generate significant interest in Adjump's solutions.
4. Relationship building: Foster strong relationships with qualified leads through a multi-channel approach (email, phone calls, virtual meetings) to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Adjump.
5. Conversion support: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute lead conversion plans, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new publishers. (Optional, based on your progress)
6. Market research: Stay ahead of the latest trends and developments in the ad-tech industry through competitor analysis and ongoing market research.

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled or graduated in a bachelor's degree program (business, marketing, communications, or a related field) with a strong interest in technology.
2. Experience in business development (preferred): While not mandatory, prior experience in identifying or connecting with potential customers would be a strong asset.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate conversations confidently.
4. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Computer proficiency and basic knowledge of database management (e.g., Excel) are a plus.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per lead generated).
