About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales team handling.

2. Clear goals and objectives:
a. Set clear, measurable goals for the team.
b. Ensure each team member understands their targets and how they contribute to the overall objectives.

3. Regular training and development: Provide ongoing training to keep the team updated on new sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends.

4. Hiring for a sales team.

5. Define the role clearly:
a. Outline specific responsibilities, required skills, and experience needed for the sales position.
b. Determine whether you need hunters (new business) or farmers (account management).

6. Attracting candidates:
a. Use a variety of channels to advertise the position, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.
b. Leverage your professional network and employee referrals.

7. Screening and interviewing:
a. Develop a structured interview process with standardized questions to assess key competencies.
b. Evaluate candidates' sales skills, experience, cultural fit, and attitude.

8. Assess skills:
a. Use assessments or sales simulations to gauge candidates' abilities in real-life scenarios.
b. Consider role-playing exercises or case studies relevant to your industry.

9. Cultural fit:
a. Assess how well candidates align with your company's values and culture.
b. Look for individuals who can work well within your team and adapt to your company's environment.

10. Onboarding and training.
