About the internship

elected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
2. Assisting in cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups to convert leads
3. Supporting in scheduling and conducting client meetings and tours
4. Conducting market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings
5. Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporate partners
6. Exploring strategic collaborations to enhance business growth
7. Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
8. Maintaining and updating CRM with lead and deal progress
9. Generating reports and insights on business development activities
