Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making daily outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to Pageant Paradise and upcoming events
2. Sending follow-up emails and messages to leads who have shown interest or need more information
3. Researching to gather new leads and update existing lead information
4. Tracking and documenting all communication and progress with leads in the CRM system
5. Assisting in preparing and distributing promotional materials and event information
6. Participating in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and brainstorm new strategies for lead generation and conversion
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns
8. Generating and researching leads, including models, influencers, and sponsors
9. Initiating contact via calls, emails, and social media
10. Following up with leads and responding to inquiries
11. Promoting events and assisting in event coordination
12. Conducting market research
