Ruralshores Skills Academy (RSA) is a subsidiary of Ruralshores Business Services Private Limited. Ruralshores operates with the basic intent of taking the jobs to the people rather than getting people to the jobs. We are fully committed to mainstreaming the rural youth into the knowledge economy. Experienced professionals from diverse industries have come together to take on the necessary-though-harder task of creating jobs for rural youth beyond the farming sector. In this program, skilling plays a critical role. RSA has taken on the task of training and providing employment, thereby empowering rural youth. RSA also stays engaged with the youth to ensure they can become caring and confident professionals operating at par with their urban counterparts.
