Business Development (Sales) Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Counseling: Proactively engage with potential clients via phone and in-person meetings, understanding their learning needs and providing expert guidance on suitable stock market courses.
2. Walk-in Counseling: Handle walk-in inquiries at the office, offering detailed counseling to prospective students and addressing their queries about course offerings, benefits, and career prospects.
3. Sales & Objection Handling: Effectively communicate the value of our courses, address client concerns, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
4. Webinar Management: Plan and conduct informative and engaging webinars to showcase course content and attract potential learners.
5. Record-keeping & Data Analysis: Maintain and update client interaction records, analyze data to optimize engagement strategies, and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in sales, counseling, or client engagement, preferably in the stock market or financial education domain.
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex stock market concepts in a simple manner.
3. Passion for financial markets and a basic understanding of trading, investing, or stock market fundamentals.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle objections professionally.
5. Experience in conducting webinars or presentations is a plus.
