About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

ONLY FEMALE CANIDATES ARE PREFERRED.

1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
2. Recording details of customers purchase orders accurately
3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly
4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
7. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
8. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
9. Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
