About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Driving sales by developing communications with validated customers who have applied on Wishfin.com
2. Being comfortable with a sales profile with a finance/marketing background
3. Providing product knowledge to customers and resolving their queries over calls and emails
4. Acting as a link between networked financial institutions and customers, assisting customers in getting their queries resolved promptly
5. Communicating effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs, and resolving their issues
6. Coordinating with banks and NBFCs to provide customers with the best services available
