1. Work on meeting and communicating with prospective business-clients in the area/district assigned to introduce Lex Infusion a welfare law firm and communicate its objective
2. Work on handing over our retainer-ship packages to prospective business-clients
3. Work on attending prospective and existing client s queries/inquiries
4. Work on corresponding with prospective and existing clients for the execution of contracts, payment follow-up, etc.
5. Work on registering the prospective business-clients as existing business-clients and issue them a provisional fee-invoice with mentioning online transaction details provided by them and get the service-agreement signed and dispatch to head-office, Delhi
6. Work on communicating with existing business-clients and prospective business-clients and ask them if they are facing any dispute or litigation with their operational/financial creditor or debtor
7. Work on receiving any printed material from local business-clients and send it to head-office in scanned format or by post/courier as required
8. Work on coordinating with head-office in delivering legal services to the existing business-clients
9. Work on the delivery of timely & effective legal services to existing business-clients take self-decisions as required
10. Work on finding out forums and courts available in the local area and moving there daily and building relations with filing counter staff, etc.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue from new client acquisition).
