About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Counseling potential clients, helping them plan their business path and making them understand how Magle can catalyze their business growth
2. Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection target
3. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Magle's model of digital marketing
4. Managing the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned (including making phone calls, demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management)
5. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads
6. Providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
