1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
2. Create and implement strategies to onboard new clients and expand our customer base.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
4. Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present our products/services and discuss their needs.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised solutions and proposals for clients.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
7. Prepare sales reports and presentations for review.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
9. Provide support to the sales team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
10. Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
