About the internship

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation: Identifying potential clients or partners through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Market research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
3. Sales strategy: Developing strategies to increase sales, meet targets, and enhance market presence.
4. Client relationship management: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners.
5. Proposal preparation: Preparing and presenting business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
6. Negotiation: Negotiating terms and closing deals with clients or partners.
7. Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies.
8. Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance and progress toward goals.
9. Networking: Attending events, conferences, and meetings to build connections and promote the business.
10. Customer feedback: Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for product or service improvements.

In essence, the BDE focuses on driving growth through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and closing business deals.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 900000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per sale).
