About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
2. Analyse industry trends and compile data to support marketing strategies and business development plans.
3. Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
4. Develop engaging content for marketing materials, social media posts, and company newsletters.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
6. Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
7. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients and partners.
8. Maintain and update the Business Tracker with new leads, client information, and ongoing activities.
9. Support customer relationship management by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
10. Help in the development and execution of customer retention strategies.

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in marketing and business development with a basic understanding of marketing principles.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
