As an intern at MYTRA, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while working with a team of experienced professionals. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct business research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
2. Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
3. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales
4. Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects
5. Manage and coordinate events to promote the company's products and services
6. Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
7. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per kpi agreed during hiring).
