About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
2. Conducting market research to identify potential clients in need of software testing and automation services
3. Building and maintaining a list of qualified leads through networking, databases, and industry tools
4. Sending LinkedIn connection requests and following up with personalized InMail or direct messages to build professional relationships
5. Posting comments on prospects' LinkedIn content to foster engagement
6. Monitoring and managing the LinkedIn pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and lead progression
7. Sending tailored first-contact emails to introduce prospects to our services
8. Conducting follow-up email outreach to nurture interest and build engagement across multiple touchpoints
9. Making outbound calls to leads to initiate discussions about our services and explore potential collaboration
10. Documenting interactions, tracking progress, and maintaining consistent follow-up efforts
11. Working closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies
12. Providing feedback on messaging effectiveness and assisting with optimizing communication templates

Other requirements

1. Should be pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM (marketing/sales/international business)

2. Strong communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills

3. Should be able to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently

4. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems is preferred

5. Should be self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute to the team’s success

6. Should be able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a collaborative team environment
