Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Industry Research and Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research within the MSME industry to identify prevalent recruitment challenges and emerging trends. Support in engaging with clients to understand their specific HR pain points and requirements.
2. Innovative Solutions Discussion: Participate in discussions with clients to explore innovative strategies for addressing their recruitment challenges. Contribute ideas and insights to develop creative solutions that leverage HR expertise to drive business success.
