About the internship

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development? Look no further! The Tech Hub is seeking a Business Development (Sales) intern who excels in effective communication and has strong English proficiency. Join our innovative team and gain hands-on experience in the tech industry while honing your sales skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Telecalling on the dialer and generating leads.
2. Maintaining client database generated through promotional activities.
3. Convincing prospective clients for a site visit.
4. Sending details of properties to the client.
5. Arranging site visits and showing properties.
6. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property.
7. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities.
8. Informing clients about market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 1st Jul'24 and 5th Aug'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Desired candidate should be self-motivated, a team player, and ambitious.

2. Should have interest in working with the sales team.

3. Should have a good, pleasant personality, assertiveness, and passion for sales.

4. Experience in customer support is a plus.

5. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

6. Market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.

7. Ability to build rapport.

8. Fast learner and passion for sales.

9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
