About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and provide detailed information on the courses offered by TopMentor.
2. Explain the unique selling points (USPs) of our courses and services in a clear and engaging manner.
3. Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate course offerings.
4. Handle objections and provide tailored solutions to convince leads to take admission.
5. Maintain a detailed log of interactions with leads and track their progress in the CRM system.
6. Assist in follow-ups and nurturing of leads to ensure successful course enrollments.
7. Participate in training and meetings to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
