About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the kids' product rental industry.
2. Identify and explore new business opportunities and customer segments.
3. Identify potential customers, partners, and B2B clients.
4. Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
5. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
6. Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
7. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
8. Gather feedback from customers to enhance services and improve user experience.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
10. Represent ToyRent Junction at events, exhibitions, and meetings to increase brand visibility.
11. Work with the operations team to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
12. Assist in managing logistics related to rentals and returns.
