1. Research about training & placement head, directors and vice-chancellor of various Institutes, group colleges and universities across India and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of the product and services
2. Own the end to end process of generating leads, cold calling, setting up a meeting for the field sales team, and closing a deal
3. Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management
4. Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success
5. Understand the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
6. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
7. Expedite the resolution of the client s problems and complaints
8. Coordinate sales efforts with sales head and technical service groups
9. Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment
