About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about services using the script
2. Entering and updating customer information in the database
3. Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
4. Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation
5. Keeping records of calls & sales, and noting useful information
