About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Client acquisition & relationship management:
1. Identify & target new business opportunities & build strong client relationships.
2. Understand client needs & deliver tailored solutions.
B. Sales strategy & execution:
1. Develop & implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
2. Present, negotiate & close partnership deals with key decision-makers.
C. Partnership management:
1. Manage the entire partnership life cycle from onboarding to post-event follow-ups.
2. Ensure partner expectations are met & deliverables are fulfilled.
D. Market research & competitive analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors & new opportunities.
2. Stay updated on industry developments to bring innovative partnership ideas.
E. Event planning & coordination:
1. Collaborate with the event team to ensure the smooth execution of events.
2. Coordinate logistics, branding, and activation with sponsors & partners.
F. Revenue generation & target achievement:
1. Drive revenue growth through event partnerships & sponsorship.
2. Monitor sales performance & track progress against targets.
G. Brand building & marketing support:
1. Assist in creating marketing strategies to promote partnerships & enhance visibility.
2. Leverage relationships to increase brand presence.
H. Negotiation & contract management:
1. Lead negotiations for partnership contracts & ensure favorable terms.
2. Finalize agreements in collaboration with legal & finance teams.
I. Post-event engagement & relationship nurturing:
1. Follow up with partners post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
2. Identify opportunities for repeat business & upselling.
J. Reporting & analytics:
1. Track & report on sales activities, KPIs & partnership performance.
2. Provide regular updates on event outcomes & progress to senior leadership.
