Brief description:

1. Make calls to leads from the database
2. Follow up on lead calls

Detailed description:

1. Manage the site visits at the building (both physical and virtual) for interested prospects
2. Record feedback and next action steps post visit on Zoho CRM
3. Work on being responsible for sales conversions from visits to bookings
4. Deliver the FF21 experience during the site visits to improve sales conversions
5. Assess if the prospect is the right fit for the community based on parameters established by the company
6. Manage any queries related to the service offerings as requested by the interested prospects
