Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with potential customers to introduce our products/services, identify opportunities, and generate leads
2. Ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of COD orders by contacting customers and verifying essential details
3. Initiating conversations with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer support throughout the buying process
4. Resolving customer concerns, providing assistance with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service
2. Proven experience in sales or business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals
3. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism
4. Attentiveness to detail when verifying COD orders and accurately recording customer information
5. Proactive in addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and finding suitable solutions
6. Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
