About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand COVID-19, how it spreads, how to prevent, responsibilities of businesses as they get back to work, the new protocols to be followed, and how PinkBlue's solutions help companies navigate the same
2. Generate interest in PinkBlue's post-COVID-19 workplace solutions, in your extended networks, as well as amongst businesses in your geography and outside
3. Deliver consultative solutions to the prospects, by helping them understand how to handle post-COVID-19 workplaces, and what products, processes, and solutions they need to adapt, to mitigate the risks of infection spread, as well as to follow the government regulations as necessary
4. Reach closures with prospects, to convert interest into orders for PinkBlue's products and solutions, and handhold the customers through the order and fulfillment process (be with the client for future conversations as well, to ensure the client becomes a lifetime client for replenishment oriented products)
5. Just be hungry and curious every day, to help businesses in every possible way to navigate the post-COVID-19 space confidently

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20000 per 2.5% to 5% of sales value delivered, paid out every week).

Learn new skills along the way on how to engage and close sales conversations effectively. Go through weekly training with the PinkBlue core team to keep honing your skills continuously. Provide feedback to keep fine-tuning the offerings to match clients' expectations better, and make it more easily sellable in the process.
