About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling leads (calling on parent leads through your CRM - 60-75 leads daily)
2. Generating trial classes
3. Pitching to the parents to take PlanetSpark trial class
4. Delivering sales pitches and converting cold leads into customers/partners

What are we looking for?

1. Candidates must be 'go-getter' who is ready to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude
2. Extremely passionate about business development, sales, and "starting up" in general
3. Willing to work in a start-up
4. A keen desire to drive business development/sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage start-up
5. An apparent founder's mindset i.e., a mindset where the person can own up business development/sales and shape it independently like a founder
6. Willing to work 6 days a week


1. Work 6 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm
2. Should have a laptop and stable wifi
3. Work from home during the internship
4. Work from office post-PPO
5. The applicant should be performance driven


1. The stipend of Rs 5000 and a 2% incentive on sales during the internship
2. PPO to top performers (permanent job offer)
3. Revised package up to 3.5 lacs post-PPO

Note: Do not apply if you do not want PPO after the internship. We are only looking for people who want to join us permanently from the office post internship. PPO is a pre-placement opportunity.

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sale).
