Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 3rd Jul'20 and 21st Aug'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1099 per data entry).
There is a fixed stipend, proportionate to hours put in, for some cases. Some trainees may draw incentive which is 10 to 20 times of stipend. Both the certificate and the stipend will be only given to those who complete the full duration (and the total number of hours stipulated) of the internship. At least 3 months as per Internshala. Depending on the work output/rating, an intern is eligible for incentives too.
The company will bear the cost of the hotel and airfare. We follow lockdown rules and "safety first" motto. We may want you to travel to our office. You may also be required to travel to the client's office in India or abroad.
The stipend will be affected if the candidates cannot commit to working full time i.e. 8.5 hours a day of actual working time.
Also, we can provide flexibility with the working location if the candidate is residing too far to travel. Currently, its completely work from home, for the safety of all concerned. When the government relaxes norms, we may increase the stipend and provide alternate working locations, e.g. a library of your choice near you, a coworking space, etc.
