Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on creating a buzz through interactions with HR, marketing, and sales heads of different organizations (the main focus would be on the expansion of the program, along with building relationships with the clients)
2. Pitch training programs to corporate clients, targeting the HR/L&D team through calls & emails
3. Work on developing strategies and create plans to reach out to our prospects
4. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
5. Contact potential clients via phone/email/LinkedIn to establish rapport and arrange meetings
6. Explore partnership opportunities with existing brands
7. Acquire and develop a portfolio of guest speakers through networking and commercial actions
8. Select, present the most suitable offerings to the clients - advise both clients and speakers during the engagement
9. Assist in end-to-end sales activities
10. Maintain database of leads, prospects, deals, speakers, and related commercials
