Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage daily operations for Customer-centered request changes of 6 cities which will include Cancellation Requests, Reschedules, and No Shows (This will require you to call the Customers)
2. Suggest and implement structural process change to improve efficiencies in the above
3. Write queries in SQL and create a dashboard for measurement of Operational Metrics and analysis for identifying gaps from data to create improvement plans

5. Must have knowledge of SQL and creating dashboard with SQL queries
