This sales internship opening is for Female/Women candidates only.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explain and enable seller leads, on how to use the Sellingly app
2. Maintain and update the data on 'Seller Leads/Prospects' with shareable access to the Sellingly team
3. Convert seller leads successfully by onboarding them into the Sellingly app
4. Know the features of the Sellingly app and learn to use Sellingly app
Performance-based Incentive:
1. Apart from the fixed stipend of Rs.2000 per month, a performance-based incentive of Rs.150 will be paid to you for each successful sale(lead conversion).
2. This incentive of Rs.150 will be paid only for the 1st-month subscription of the Seller.
3. From The 2nd month onwards, Rs.30 (10 percent of the subscription amount of Rs.300) will be paid for each subscription renewal of the seller.
4. This incentive of 10 percent will continue to be paid to you until the seller is renewing the subscription.
Desirable:
1. Knowing multiple languages to speak is an added advantage.
Additional Kicker Bonus:
1. Apart from the performance-based incentive of Rs.150 per sale and 10% they're onwards, an additional kicker bonus of Rs.1000 will be paid, each time your sale conversion exceeds Rs.5000
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 7th Dec'23 and 11th Jan'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 150 per sale).
Soon after the launch of our very first app, the YummJoy Home Food App, a platform that enabled home chefs to come online and sell their delicacies to all those who craved authentic home food, we were faced with a new dilemma.
