Business Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating applicant details and building a robust data validation process
2. Ensure the selection process is bulletproof by assisting audits across entrance exams and interviews
3. Ensure constant improvement by collecting feedback from applicants on the overall process
4. Own and deliver end-to-end execution of a given business problem
5. Design strategies for performing analysis and associate initiatives to further streamline the process
6. Prepare summaries for key functional metrics and assist in taking timely decisions
7. Work closely with the admissions team to provide swift resolution on queries
8. Working on complex problems while ensuring the tasks are completed within the deadline
