About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Implement the PACE (Performance Acceleration) program based on insights from Rajiv Talreja
2. Collaborate with managers to define clear, measurable goals
3. Help create systems and dashboards to track progress against these goals
4. Organize and facilitate monthly meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan improvements
5. Develop clear, step-by-step SOPs for daily operations, such as room check-in/check-out, laundry process, electric cycle charging, and cleaning protocols
6. Utilize Google Docs, include relevant photos, and apply logical structuring for documentation
7. Leverage resources like ChatGPT to draft and refine documentation
8. Help build or refine methods for tracking customer details, payments, and other key operational data
9. Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth data flow
10. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements
11. Explore new tools or methods that can enhance data management and overall operational efficiency
12. Work with other teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and process integration
13. Stay proactive in identifying new opportunities to enhance operations and support growth targets
