Business Research Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on women's workforce participation, barriers to employment, and best practices for gender-inclusive workplaces. Analyze the data to generate actionable recommendations for organizational strategies.

2. Content Development: Create well-researched reports, case studies, and blogs to highlight the impact of Even Cargo's initiatives and share insights on gender equity and inclusive workforce development.

3. Stakeholder Engagement Support: Assist in preparing research-based presentations and materials for meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders to advance collaboration and promote Even Cargo's mission.
